Delivery
Delivery is calculated by total basket weight. The most cost effective delivery method is used to ensure value for the customer and security of delivery. International orders outside of Europe are limited to 2kg total basket weight. Larger/heavier items will be delivered via next day delivery

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders same or next day. Please allow upto 5 days for your order for mainland U.K. deliveries. If a product you ordered is unavailable we will contact you to let you know when it will be instock again, alternatively you may request your money back in full.

Payment
Payment can be made online and paid for using PayPal or payment by cheque, please note goods will not be despatched untill the funds have been fully received, please make cheques payable to 'Pitboss Gaming' and post with full details of your order and delivery address to the address on our contact page. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still make payment by credit card through the PayPal payment option.

Returns & Refunds
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations;
Any goods returned to us must be in mint condition and in their original packaging unopened. If the buyer properly rejects any of the goods in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations within 7 working days in writing, the buyer shall nonetheless be responsible for the return cost of the goods. If the returned goods returned products are not in a sellable "as new" condition, then we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. Whether goods are returned in a sellable condition is to be judged by the Pitboss. Pitboss accepts no responsibility for any consequential loss caused to the buyer for the receiving of faulty/incorrect goods.
